Dem Produkt haben wir - über die den Proteinanteil darstellenden Aminosäuren hinaus - noch die Aminosäuren Leucin, Glutamin, Arginin und Taurin hinzugefügt. Daneben enthält es auch noch Papain und Bromelain, also Enzyme, die den Eiweißabbau unterstützen.

Dosierungsempfehlung

Nimm täglich eine Portion (30 Gramm, 3/4 Dosierlöffel) mit 250ml Wasser zu dir. Empfehlenswert ist an Trainingstagen eine Portion nach dem Training, an Ruhetagen zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt des Tages.
